Who We Are
Growth Honcho (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing agency that provides fractional CMO and digital marketing services to dental and orthodontic practices. We are based at 304 W Pacific Ave Suite 210, Spokane, WA 99201.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit growthhoncho.co (the “Site”), book a call with us, or contact us, and how we use and protect it. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
This policy covers our own Site and business communications. It does not cover the websites or patient data of the practices we work with. Each practice has its own privacy policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you book a strategy call, request a custom strategy video, email us, or call us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your practice name, role, location, and website
- Details you share about your practice, marketing, or goals
- Anything else you choose to include in a message or booking form
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website host and the tools on our Site may automatically collect:
- Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the site that referred you
- Basic cookie and settings data needed for the Site and its features to work
Third-Party Tools on Our Site
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the Site. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We only share information:
- With service providers who help us run our business (like the tools listed above, our CRM, email, and scheduling platforms), and only as needed to provide their service
- With team members and contractors who work on your account, under confidentiality obligations
- When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
- As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply
Email and Text Messages
If you give us your email or phone number, we may contact you about your inquiry, our services, or helpful marketing resources.
- Email: You can opt out of our emails anytime by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing team@growthhoncho.co.
- Text messages: By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive texts from Growth Honcho. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and text opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Health Information and Our Practice Clients
Site visitors. Our Site is built for practice owners and their teams, not patients. We do not intend to collect health information through the Site. Please do not send us any patient or personal health information through our forms, booking tools, or email.
Consumer health data. We do not collect, use, or share “consumer health data” as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act or similar state laws through this Site.
Client practice data and HIPAA. When a dental or orthodontic practice hires us, we may handle limited practice or patient data to deliver our services, such as reporting and campaign data. Where that data includes protected health information (PHI), we handle it under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and our client agreements, as HIPAA requires. That data is governed by those agreements and the practice’s own privacy practices, not by this policy. Patients with questions about their information should contact their practice directly.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our Site and its tools use cookies and similar technologies to make features work, such as booking a call and saving your accessibility settings.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our Site does not change its behavior based on that signal. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where state law requires it.
Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you
- Get a copy of your information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of marketing messages
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell or share it)

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date below. Major changes will be posted clearly on the Site.
